The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent and we looked forward to the varied dinner options each evening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the valley. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax after a long day of skiing. The hotel's location was also perfect, with a ski lift just steps away and easy access to the bus that took us to the different ski lifts in the area. The convenience couldn't be beat!
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It was a truly luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a variety of options each evening. The bedrooms were comfortable and had breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel's location was convenient, with a ski bus stop just outside that took us to the ski lifts in minutes.
It was all superb.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the ski bus stop. We were able to hop on the bus within minutes and reach the lift station easily. the hotel was conveniently located near some tourist attractions, allowing us to explore the area during our stay. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the valley. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local products.
That the hotel could be a bit noisy at times, especially during peak tourist seasons.

What a great Christmas we had! the location was amazing, with skiing and snowboarding slopes just a few steps away from our room. we loved the fact that there were so many activities for kids, such as snowman building, cookie decorating, and even a visit from Santa Claus. the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a big smile.
We were a bit disappointed with the lack of variety in the food options. We expected more Austrian dishes and local specialties, but the menu was quite basic.

The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The food at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of local products. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a day of exploration. it was a wonderful experience.
That the hotel was not very centrally located, so it was a bit of a distance to go to the market. the hotel did not have a swimming pool, which would have been a nice amenity to have.
